Promotional Sale Regulations
1. Organizer
The promotional sale called “Luxury Mystery Box” is organized by WNN S.r.l., with registered office in Rome, Piazzale Clodio 22, VAT No. 02619740208, acting as an authorized retailer in the luxury fashion sector.
2. Duration and validity
The promotion is valid from August 1, 2025, until stocks last. WNN S.r.l. reserves the right to suspend or terminate the initiative early due to force majeure or stock depletion.
3. Participation terms
By purchasing a “Luxury Mystery Box,” the customer receives a package containing one or more luxury brand items selected and assorted at the sole discretion of WNN S.r.l.

The contents of each box have a total value equal to or greater than the price paid by the customer.

“Value” refers to the official retail price set by the brand or authorized retailer, regardless of any discounts or temporary reductions offered by other market operators.

Some boxes may include, at the organizer’s discretion, additional items (“extra gifts”) of higher value, such as bags and accessories from brands including Prada, Jacquemus, Marc Jacobs, Saint Laurent, Givenchy, Céline, Miu Miu, Gucci, Stella McCartney, and others.
4. Types and prices
The following types of promotional boxes are available:

Mystery Box Small: €49 (minimum guaranteed value ≥ €49)

Mystery Box Medium: €79 (minimum guaranteed value ≥ €79)

Mystery Box Premium: €99 (minimum guaranteed value ≥ €99)
5. Exclusion of withdrawal right and returns
As the items are surprise assortments, no right of withdrawal is granted for reasons related to the box contents, pursuant to Art. 59(c) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
The statutory warranty of conformity under Arts. 128–135 of the Consumer Code remains fully valid for any defects in the goods or substantial non-conformities.
6. Transparency and nature of the initiative
The “Luxury Mystery Box” is a promotional sales activity pursuant to current legislation and cannot be considered a prize competition, lottery, raffle, or any other prize-giving event governed by Presidential Decree 430/2001.
The initiative does not fall under any form of gambling and complies with the commercial transparency requirements set out in Arts. 20–27 of the Consumer Code regarding fair commercial practices
